Living Room is a new community space located next to The Phabulous Café on the Leigh Road, Leigh-on-Sea.

Owned by Leigh Road Baptist Church (LRBC) and gifted as space to share with our local community.

In the summer of 2021 LRBC undertook a survey and found the two issues of most concern to local folk were mental wellbeing and environmental issues.

Therefore activities in the Living Room reflect a collaboration and encourage the creating of community around these common concerns.

Working with our neighbours

We’re delighted to support the work and objectives of The Phabulous Café, a local charity providing training opportunities for young adults with additional needs in the hospitality sector. Delicious coffee and cake can be purchased from the Phabulous Café and consumed by anyone attending activities in the Living Room.
